A warranty admin fee of $50 will be charged on all warranties against the PO provided. This is to cover entering of the warranty as well as forwarding small parts onto the manufacturer.

Pictures of damaged, missing, leaking, or incorrectly installed components must be provided for warranty to be filed. All warranties are subject to factory approval, and submission does not constitute approval. Returning larger parts to the manufacturer and furnishing tracking information to RGA@AAON.com and parts@acereps.com will be the sole responsibility of the contractor.

For ALL parts under 75#, parts must be sent back to AC Equipment Representatives, Inc. For shipment information, please purchase this $0 part for tracking purposes. This order number will serve as the RGA number required below. If this tracking number is not received, credit will not be given for warranty part. ***One "purchase" of "RGA - ACERI" is required PER PART***. Please return part to: AC Equipment Representatives, Inc., ATTN: Warranty Returns (Serial Number), 9360 Castlegate Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46256. Please also include a printed copy of your warranty submission with returned part. Tracking will be posted to this order to track return to the manufacturer - if required
