Specific Cause for Failure

Pictures of damaged, missing, leaking, or incorrectly installed components must be provided for warranty to be filed. All warranties are subject to factory approval, and submission does not constitute approval. Returning larger parts to the manufacturer and furnishing tracking information to RGA@AAON.com and parts@acereps.com will be the sole responsibility of the contractor.

For ALL parts that have an RGA associated with them, it is the sole responsibility of the contractor to return the part to the address designated on the RGA. If the part is not returned to the correct address, any incurred expenses will be forward to the contractor up to, and including, the full cash-sale cost of the part

In the instance that the unit is not within the unit first-year warranty, the FULL freight cost will be charged against the PO provided
